Urban Decay is coming out with a new eyeshadow palette from the Naked Line. This is the Urban Decay Naked Cyber Palette that is all duo-chrome and metallic eyeshadow! It will have 12 different shades and different finishes.
If you are wondering the date of the launch of this new Urban Decay Eyeshadow Palette, this is going to launch September 22, 2021 on Sephora.com and UrbanDecay.com. The Urban Decay Naked Cyber Palette retails for $49 USD. It has already launched in New Zealand so I am guessing it is going to launch September 1 in North America.

You can see the colours are very much pastel but they have a 2 dimensional look to them because they are either duo chrome and metallic. Lots of translucent colours that shift into beautiful pinks, greens, oranges and yellow hues. This palette looks more toward Spring tones but duo chrome eyeshadow can be worn all year around.
All of the shades are Y2K so think frosted mint greens, yellows, silver blues and purples that appear to be shimmery and metallic. However, this palette is WARMER than it looks from the onset.
The last eyeshadow palette that was released by Urban Decay was the Ultraviolet Eyeshadow Palette and that cost $68 CAD.
The Urban Decay Naked Cyber Eyeshadow Palette does give me similar vibes to the Ultraviolet Eyeshadow Palette but of course the Cyber Eyeshadow Palette is basically all metallics and duo chrome shades.
What is duo chrome eyeshadow?
Duo chrome eyeshadow is eyeshadow that changes based on the light. Depending on what angle you’re looking at, someone could see a different shade of eyeshadow at any given point. The colour essentially shifts back and forth from two different colours.
Natasha Denona has duo chrome eyeshadow that is in liquid form. The Urban Decay Naked Cyber Palette has eyeshadow in powder form but still shifts colour back and forth.
When is the Urban Decay Naked Cyber Palette Launching?
The Urban Decay Naked Cyber Palette launch is unknown but it will launch at Sephora or on the UrbanDecay.com website.
