By now, you must know that Becca Cosmetics will be closing the brand at the end of September 2021.
If you like or want to try any of the Becca Cosmetics products I urge you to buy them now at Sephora. Don’t wait for sales because if you like certain shades they will likely be sold out!
Estée Lauder who acquired Becca Cosmetics in 2016 has decided it is time to shut the doors. This is mainly due to the impact of Covid-19 and the brand just not being as efficient in “brick and mortar stores” versus other lines by Estée Lauder.
This is upsetting because so many people are in love with arguably the original highlighter “Champagne Pop” potentially being discontinued.
My hope is that it comes back in one of Estée Lauder’s palettes or as a standalone highlighter.
Since Becca Cosmetics is closing down, there are a few key products that I need to find dupes for so that when Becca is closed for good you still have a backup!
I have already written reviews on Becca Cosmetics that do include dupes and can be found here:
I’ll still be writing this uptime Becca Cosmetics Dupes list so you have one full place to reference Becca Cosmetics Dupes.
Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector Dupes
The Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector is really hard to dupe because it is a corrector and NOT a concealer.
The formula is a sticky putty that dries down really nicely. It’s very different than a cream concealer that will hide dark circles.
The Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector only comes in two shades because as a corrector, it is peach to cancel out the blue tones from under eye circles.
There are a few brands that have duplicated the Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector the best and they are: Pixi Beauty and Milani.
The only issue is that the dupe is sold out almost everywhere. I’ll provide a photo and link to both the Pixi Beauty and Milani under eye correctors but if you wanted to try the Becca one I suggest you pick it up before they go out of business in September.
Pixi Beauty Correction Concentrate
The Pixi Beauty Correction Concentrate is a clear dupe of the Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector but I’ve heard it isn’t that good. Since I can’t get my hands on it I haven’t tried it but I am on a mission to find it.
If you’re in Canada, you can find Pixi Beauty products at Shoppers Drug Mart. If you’re in the U.S. or U.K. you can shop the Pixi website at PixiBeauty.com.
Right now as mentioned everything is sold out but you can always bookmark the links above and keep checking back.
Milani Supercharged Brightening Under Eye Tint
The Milani Supercharged Brightening Under Eye Tint is new on the scene and it has been rated as one of the best dupes by Mikayla from TikTok.
I’ve wanted to try it so badly but many of the shades are sold out on their website and not yet carried in stores. You can find the darkest shade in Deep Peach so RUN if that is your perfect shade!
Similar to the Becca Brightener, this one by Milani has peach undertones so there are only 3 shades. This formula also has hyaluronic acid so it not only corrects but moisturizers the under eye skin which is really fine.
Becca First Light Priming Filter Dupes
I’ve already given you the dupe in the review of the Becca First Light Priming Filter in the post here.
However, in doing more research I was able to find more dupes of the First Light Priming Filter.
Essence Fresh & Fit Awake Primer
Essence as a brand has amazing quality and best dupes for the price and is sometimes even better than the actual product.
The Essence Fresh & Fit Awake Primer is one of the closest dupes of the Becca First Light Priming Filter.
It has light reflective properties that ensure the light bounces off your face similar to the First Light Priming Filter. You can also wear it alone which is how I wear the First Light Priming Filter depending on my makeup days.
Other dupes include:
Champagne Pop Highlighter Dupe
IF YOU LIKE THIS HIGHLIGHTER – GO BUY IT BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2021! You Will never be able to find this again once Becca Cosmetics shuts its doors.
This is the big one because this is the most famous product from Becca Cosmetics. Becca Cosmetics literally started the highlighter trend.
The beauty of Champagne Pop and what makes it such a good highlighter is that the colour is said to be universally flattering on all skin tones. Also since this is a skin perfector, the formula is really soft and natural.
Since there are so many highlighters out there it will be hard to find just one amazing dupe of Champagne Pop but I will do my best!
Wet ‘N Wild MegaGlow Highlighting Powder – Golden Flower Crown
I’ve tried this Wet ‘N Wild MegaGlow Highlighter and find it quite chalky compared to the silky formula of the Becca one.
The reason why this is the closest dupe is the flecks of peach in the highlighter that don’t make it too peachy or yellow.
It is good for all undertones but the packaging is somewhat to be desired.
To say this is a Becca Cosmetics Dupe is a bit of a stretch but the price is right and if you’re just looking for a cheap highlighter then this one will do the job.
Revlon Skinlights Prismatic Highlighter in Twilight Gleam
This is a new highlighter from Revlon and is said to rival the luxury highlighters such as the Anastasia Beverly Hills Amrezy and Dior Nudeskin Luminizer.
The Revlon Skinlights Prismatic Highlighter is so good because it is very finely milled so you’ll get a really natural look.
The colour is a bit more golden than Champagne Pop but if you’re looking for a Becca Cosmetics dupe from the drugstore this one will definitely please your wallet.
Maybelline Face Studio Master Chrome Highlighter in Molten Gold
To me this is one of the best Becca Cosmetics dupes for Champagne Pop. The highlighter is on the peach-y tone side which is exactly what you want to look for.
The overall formula is softer than Becca so you have to be careful when you put this in your makeup bag.
Moonstone Skin Perfecting Highlighter Dupe
The Moonstone Skin Perfecting Highlighter is very similar to Champagne Pop and is good for fair skin tones.
I will say it isn’t very different so if you already have Champagne Pop no need to get this shade of highlighter.
There are a few dupes of the Moonstone highlighter that I recommend and they are:
Daylight Highlighter Powder in Decades by Ilia
Ilia is considered a “clean” brand at Sephora which means it has a list of ingredients that don’t contain parabens or sulfates.
I’ll be updating this list further for more Becca Cosmetics Dupes but for now these are the best ones I’ve been able to find.
Let me know if there is a particular Becca Cosmetic dupe you’re looking to find!
