If you are a makeup and skincare fanatic in Canada you need to shop at Canada’s Beauty Store: BeautySense.ca. This website has it all from dermatological skincare, makeup, gift sets – you name it.
I had the opportunity to select a few items from some amazing brands carried at BeautySense.ca in order to test them out and gift them to my followers on TikTok!
What I love most about this website is that you can shop for a variety of different brands both dermatological and everyday drugstore skincare. BeautySense.ca also focuses on brands that you cannot regularly find in stores such as the popular Jane Iredale, an incredible makeup brand perfect for no makeup makeup.
Another reason why I love shopping at BeautySense.ca is that you can shop by areas of improvement such as: dark circles, dry skin, redness, sensitive skin, very dry skin etc. You can also shop for exclusive gift sets that you cannot get anywhere else!
BeautySense.ca is tailor made to help Canadians find what they are looking for while providing the best value and experience in shopping for beauty products online.
Be sure to sign up for their email to get the latest coupon codes and to be notified of hot deals and sales.
Lastly, another huge perk about shopping at BeautySense.ca is the fact that you can earn points through their loyalty program in order to get discounts or free products. You will also get special offers that not everyone is entitled to. All you have to do is create an account and shop. You’ll see how many points you’re entitled to based on the items you purchase but it works out to be $0.05 per point so 100 points = $5.00.
The BeautySense.ca points system is better than a lot of other beauty loyalty rewards programs in Canada because it will not take you that long to be able to get enough points especially if you have items that you need to constantly replenish. Additionally, BeautySense.ca offers bonus point promotions so that is another great way to start racking up points!
As I show you the products I selected, you’ll get a sense for the quality but also variety of amazing brands you can find on BeautySense.ca. I also find that I can pretty much pick out my entire skincare and makeup products as a one stop shop on BeautySense.
Now that you know a little bit more about BeautySense.ca – it’s time to get into the goodies that I was so lucky to be sent from the website!
Vivier Sheer Broad Spectrum SPF 45
I love the Vivier line and if you haven’t tried it before you’re definitely missing out! Albeit slightly pricey you’re getting good quality products that are worth every penny. Also, Vivier is sold mostly in dermatologists offices so if you want to order Vivier products online BeautySense.ca is the best option.
This is a pharmaceutical-grade sunscreen offering both UVA and UVB protection. It doesn’t leave a white cast and it makes your skin feeling silky smooth. You can use this under makeup or alone and it is great for all skin types. It is oil-free, fragrance-free and recommended by dermatologists.
Honestly, I’ve tried a lot of SPF from skincare brands I’ve found at other retailers but I’d rather invest in a sunscreen that is already approved by physicians.
Malin+Goetz Facial Cleansing Oil
If you’re a skincare junkie like me you probably know that cleansing oils are a key staple in your nighttime skincare routine. This facial cleansing oil by Malin+Goetz is one of the best cleansing oils I have ever used in my life.
In fact, because of this product I look forward to washing my face every single night!
What’s unique about the Malin+Goetz Facial Cleansing Oil is that it is an emulsifying oil cleanser. You just need to add a bit of water and it creates a milky substance that isn’t greasy and helps draw out skin’s impurities.
The Malin+Goetz Facial Cleansing Oil is not sold at Sephora or Shoppers Drug Mart so if you live in Canada and want to purchase this brand your best bet is BeautySense.ca.
The Facial Cleansing Oil includes a variety of different oils such as lavender, rose, eucalyptus. The fragrance and colour of the product is all natural. If you’re looking for a natural skincare line you will like the other skincare products from Malin+Goetz such as the advanced renewal cream and the replenishing face serum.
These are all quality products and staples you may want to explore if you’re looking for a non-irritating skincare routine.
Jane Iredale: Glow Time Ethereals Blush & Highlighter Sticks
Jane Iredale is a Canadian makeup brand that has a skincare first mentality. Jane Iredale’s makeup is different from ordinary makeup lines because she uses high quality mineral ingredients in her products. She also focuses on infusing skincare benefits such as ingredients that are non-comedogenic which won’t clog pores. Additionally, the minerals in these products bind together so that they don’t crease or smear resulting in a flawless makeup application.
If you have sensitive skin you NEED to try products from Jane Iredale because all of her products are allergy, clinically and dermatologist test to ensure there aren’t any skin irritants in her products.
Jane Iredale products are new to me as well which is why when I was able to pick my products from BeautySense.ca I really wanted to try the Blush Sticks.
I selected the Blush Stick in the shade mist because it is a cool toned pink with a hint of a shimmer. I am also a huge cream blush fan and I am always looking for new formulas to try. Since this is a mineral based cream I feel comfortable putting it on my skin and was impressed by the way it gave me a very subtle glow.
This Blush Stick lasted pretty long throughout the day but of course when you get into cream products these are the first to wear off of the face.
Eminence: Citrus Lip Balm
If you’re looking for a natural lip balm that plumps and hydrates at the same time you need to try the Eminence Cirtrus Lip Balm. This lip balm called my name well, because firstly the packaging is sooo cool and I’m a sucker for pretty packaging BUT this also is packed full of peptides.
If you use this over a 4 week period, the peptides will give a collagen boosting plumping action that will fill in fine lines on the lips giving them a smoother and overall more youthful look.
This is petroleum-free infused with shea butter and sunflower seed oil to give your lips hydration and sheen.
If you’re looking for an anti-aging lip balm that is deeply hydrating you need to try this one from Eminence.
There you have my in depth review of shopping online at BeautySense.ca. If you are from Canada please consider BeautySense.ca if you’re looking for high quality makeup and skincare.
