I was one of the excited ones when the Soft Glam palette was leaked by an influencer on Instagram.  Of course, a product leak is nothing to celebrate but when the beauty world saw this baby drop, everyone halted in their tracks.

Soft Glam Palette Review

So what’s so great about this new eyeshadow palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills? They have had so much success with their other eyeshadow palettes such as: Modern Renaissance, Prism, Subculture and the Anastasia Beverly Hills x Mario.  With all of this success, beauty lovers have begun to trust this brand because they consistently put out great product!

With no further ado, let’s get into the review shall we?

Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette Review

When you open up the package, the top of the case is a velvet, similar to Modern Renaissance.  It comes with a double ended brush like the rest of the eyeshadow palettes.

The first four shades in the Soft Glam palette are of the lighter variety.  I swatched these shades looking at the top row vs. bottom row so that`s how I`ll arrange the colour reviews.

Soft Glam Swatches Top Row

Tempra – I use this colour as a base almost ALWAYS. It`s buttery and comes of looking like the perfect shade of vanilla.

Glistening – A light dust of gold! Not as pigmented as `Bronze or Fairy`

Orange Soda – I think this is the perfect spring colour.  It also works as a base for the rest of the shades.

Rose Pink – One of my favourite shades! Apply to main lid or in the inner corners of the eye with a smaller brush. This cololur is more of a foil, there are three foils in the entire Soft Glam Palette.

Sultry – The second foil in the palette, this one is more of a shimmer taupe but is also really pretty.

Bronze – The last foil in the palette.  This is a brighter cold than the rest of them. Perfect for the main star of the show.

Mulberry – I love this shade and it`s a great dark offset to some of the lighter colours.

Let`s take a look at the Soft Glam Palette`s bottom row.

Soft Glam Swatches – Bottom Row

Dusty Rose – This is the perfect in crease eye shade for me.  I love a very matte pink and this one is super pigmented.

Fairy – A darker dust of gold!

Burnt Orange – A darker shade, perfect for creases and building deeper looks.

Sienna – This is more of a terracotta colour.  Great for building darker looks.

Rustic – Almost a perfect brown if you ask me.  This works really well with the orange colours.

Cyprus Umber – I don`t really know how to describe this shade other than it`s a darker brown than rustic lol.

Noir – UGH black.  This is the only shade that disappoints me because I never use black in my palettes and if I do, every single one of my palettes has this colour.

In short, the Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette includes a range of buttery soft colours that make blending easy.  It`s a perfect spring and summer palette with depth and warmth that can easily transition to fall.

For $55 I would say this is definitely a buy!
