The main setting powder by Charlotte Tilbury is the Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder. There are not a lot of Charlotte Tilbury Powder dupes out there but I have managed to find quite a few drugstore powders that are dupes for the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder.
First, let me tell you why I absolutely love the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder. I love this powder so much because it is so finely milled I get the best application around my T-Zone where I’m oily. This is a finish and setting powder, not a foundation powder so keep that in mind when you are looking at the reviews.
If this product is so good then why find a dupe for it?
The Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder is REALLY good but also REALLY expensive. At $54 USD, many people may not see the value in buying such an expensive powder when they can get one from the drugstore for cheaper and pretty good quality.
The Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder is a lighter coverage meaning that if you’re looking to bake or get a fuller coverage over your concealer this isn’t the powder for you.
Some of the reviews on Makeup Alley are actually not as great as I would have thought. I really love this powder but that is also because I like more of a natural look. A lot of people say the powder is a bit flat but it is a matte finishing powder so I don’t agree with that review.
If you are looking for a natural makeup look you will love this powder but if you want to sculpt and bake with it I suggest you go with another powder such as Laura Mercier or another loose powder.
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder Application
I love the way this powder applies – it’s not translucent but it melts into your makeup and gives it a more even look. It also helps with blending because if I apply a blush or contour shade that is a little too bold, I use the Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder to tone it down.
I use a small brush to get into the areas that I’m oily and that need an extra shot of setting or coverage. This also sets really well under the eyes and doesn’t crease! If you’re looking for a powder that doesn’t crease always go with one that is very fine and milled so small that you can’t even notice the powder particles.
